Workout Wednesdays – Box Drill #1

The box drills will help you improve your fitness while you do basketball related drills.  Here is the link: Box Drill #1

It is a monster!  Can you make it through them?  You need to do 3 reps of the box and then do that 3 separate times.  You can increase or decrease reps or exercised depending on your skill level.  Watch me do it first here: Box Drill #1
